Cloetta’s Nomination Committee has informed the company of its proposal regarding new Board of Directors.

On 4 December, 2017, Cloetta´s head office moves from Kista to Solna, outside Stockholm city. New head office address is Englundavägen 7D in Solna Business Park.
Following the acquisition of Candyking, Cloetta’s Scandinavian operations have become significantly larger. The role as President Cloetta Scandinavia will therefore be divided into two roles, President Cloetta Sweden and President Cloetta Denmark & Norway.
Cloetta has been awarded best Swedish corporate website 2017 by Comprend webranking. Cloetta receives the award for the second consecutive year, thereby retaining the first place among Sweden’s 100 largest listed companies.
Cloetta AB (publ) has been informed that the Swedish Economic Crime Authority has initiated an investigation for insider crime as a result of share sales by certain employees in Cloetta.
In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting, Cloetta’s nomination committee shall consist of at least four and at most six members. Cloetta hereby announces that the nomination committee has now been appointed ahead of the Annual General Meeting in April 2018.
Cloetta’s operating profit, adjusted, is in the third quarter expected to be SEK 40 – 50m lower compared to last year. This is mainly due to lower volumes but also higher raw material cost and negative exchange rate differences.
Marcel Mensink has been appointed President Operations for Cloetta. He succeeds Jacqueline Hoogerbrugge who in December announced that she will leave Cloetta.
